Ferrite magnets

Highly coercive ferrite permanent magnets were developed in the middle of the fifties of the 20th century as an alternative to more expensive metal alloy permanent magnets. Today ferrite magnets hold about 75% of the world market of permanent magnets.

Hard-magnetic ferrites retain their magnetic properties: 

  • In lowered atmosphere pressure to 1,3*10-4Pa;
  • In increased air or other gas pressure up to 300 kPa;
  • In increased humidity of up to 98% at 250°С.

Magneton offers high quality sintered ferrite permanent magnets of customer requested shapes and sizes as well as standard sized magnets.
